What buyers ask before they start.
How accurate is the fall detection?
Up to 99% accurate. The radar reads the actual fall or prolonged no-movement — not just presence — is tuned per room, and works around the clock, day or night, in complete darkness. During the pilot we review the alert patterns with you to minimise both misses and nuisance alerts before you scale.
How accurate is the occupancy counting?
Up to 95% accurate for anonymous people-counting and utilisation across each zone. It counts only — no one is identified — and during the pilot you can check the numbers against your own head-counts before you rely on them for staffing or layout decisions.
What about false alarms?
Any life-safety system will occasionally over-trigger. Ours only escalates if an alert isn't acknowledged, and we tune sensitivity per space so your staff learn to trust it rather than tune it out.
Is it genuinely private?
Yes. Fall detection uses radar — it has no lens and produces no image at all. Occupancy counting runs on-device and keeps no images: anonymous counts only, with no facial recognition and no audio. Nothing personally identifiable ever leaves the room.
Where does our data live, and who can see it?
On Australian-hosted infrastructure. Only your team's logins can see your dashboard, and the data is yours — export it or have it deleted whenever you like.
Will installation disrupt the venue?
No. Sensors are ceiling-mounted room by room in a short visit — no building works, no rip-and-replace, and no downtime for members or residents.
What happens the moment a fall is detected?
The room flips to alert on the dashboard and your staff get a notification within seconds — and the sensor itself can sound a local alarm and light in the room. If it isn't acknowledged, it escalates by SMS so nothing slips through.
Does each sensor need power and Wi-Fi in the room?
It needs power and a network path, which we handle as part of installation — including venues with awkward connectivity in wet or back-of-house areas. The fall sensors are IP65-rated (dust- and water-resistant), so they're built for the humid, splash-prone spaces they cover — pool-side bathrooms and wet change areas.
